Btw, anyone who hasn't seen "Saving Silverman"... should. It's a funny enough movie - not in the top echelon by any means... but funny enough on its own. Then the fact that the movie is also a veiled homage to Neil (including a cameo by the Legend himself), well... it's a keeper.

Sure, sure... his "We're coming to America!" line - as the van nears America Street - is both trite and cliched... but for me, it works. If nothing else, the trio of Jason Biggs, Steve Zaun, and Jack Black (who I generally find funny, for some reason) pay the proper amount of tribute to Neil throughout the movie. Plus... Amanda Peet is in it - so what else does it need?!

Okay... let's hear 'em... Top 3 favorite Neil tunes, right off the top of your head. Sure, sure... it's like asking you to pick your top 3 favorite Nolan Ryan strikeouts... where do you begin? But what are the first three that come to mind?

Mine - "Holly Holy", "What a Beautiful Noise", and "Brother Love's Traveling Salvation Show". After all, every goes, everyone knows... Brother Love's show. And showing the reach of this artist... the man, the myth, the legend, the song... Neil Diamond - he even contributed to the wrestling world. It's clear to me that Vince McMahon, Jr is a huge Neil Diamond fan. Why else introduce the Brother Love character in the 80s?!
