They don't have a committee, that I'm aware of, but they allow a kid to enter the draft (only two rounds for the NBA) and as long as the kid didn't retain an agent, they can return to school if they weren't drafted (or is it also if they don't like where they were drafted)? I don't know that college football works the same, but why shouldn't it? As for college football, I believe the kids do have access to projections for where they'll be drafted, no?
