Sideline Reporters

I am sorry… if you are a sideline reporter, don’t you have to offer some unintentional comedy, i.e. Eric Dickerson, Lynn Swann, or be a hot chick ala Melissa Stark. I may be toasty right now, but just saw an interview with Holly Rowe, and was shocked. Had never seen her before, and thank god for that. Awful.. .just awful… can’t ESPN afford a program to teach playboy playmates to ask the “insightful” questions

I’m a bit surprised it hasn’t become an annual event, but recall that one year at Mecca, we took an informal Bleacher Bum poll of “hottest chick reporter” (is that politically incorrect enough)? I believe Melissa Stark won, but Suzy Kolber placed well… and IIRC, Gonzo had to represent the Tribe (it’s like their law) thus he threw his considerable weight behind Bonnie Bernstein. To no avail - nobody was buyin’ what he was sellin’… but everyone appreciated the effort.
I think Melissa Stark was actually pretty good at her job, but I can’t be sure… whenever they showed her on screen, all I heard was “wa-wah… wa-wah-wah-wah” as I admittedly ogled unabashedly. I was also always a fan of Lisa Guerrero (although I’m told she was horrible at her job)… long legs, long hair… it is well.

Yes, I was a big fan of Ms. Bernstein. However, there are an entirely new batch of hotties to look at these days….

Speaking of hotties, I saw Erin Andrews the other night, and was reminded that she is the cream of crop, IMHO. She is SMOKIN’…

yes, college stuff mostly - wow, just wow. Plus, she’s got the tall thing going, which is nice…
