Contrary to what we’re led to believe every time an athlete tells us that he scored a TD, hit a HR, or just won a game cuz… it was God’s will?
I understand giving “all the glory to God” - but insisting that God has any interest in securing victory for one person/team over another is eternally humorous to me… like he’s got a bet with Lucifer and he’s fixing the outcome as a result: The players on Team A pray harder to me, so therefore the players on Team B are not only going to Hell… but they’re going to lose this game in the process! Mwah-hah-hah-hah-hah… take that, you damn atheists!
