If we are to draw any conclusions, apparently cheating on your wife with a pro isn't that big a deal - only a $6k penalty. But cheating on your wife with a young fan and/or raping that same woman is considered almost 700x worse, requiring Kobe to hand over a $4 million diamond ring to his wife. It's not like he's ever held himself out as a saint, so it just seems rather vindictive on the part of the Post.
