Oh, I'm not sure what the Shock are doing lately - but I believe they made some noise over the past few years in the WNBA. Winning cures a lot of ills - including a bad economy in a city run by a mayor going to jail who refuses to step down from office, where I'm told parts of the city resemble background scenery from the "Mad Max" movies. But man, how much does Detroit have to win to offset the loveliness they have going on in their economy?
